• 32-question golf personality assessment
• Personalized golf type results and insights
• Email delivery of assessment results and related content
• SMS text message notifications for tee time invitations and updates (with opt-in)
• Future matching services to connect compatible golfers
• Premium reports and course strategy guides
• Additional features as we develop and launch them

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
• One account per person; multiple accounts are prohibited

• You agree to provide truthful responses to assessment questions

User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate others
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our assessment algorithms
• Use automated tools to access or interact with our Service
• Interfere with or disrupt our Service or servers
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users through our matching services

SMS Text Message Terms

Opt-In and Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and enabling text alerts in your Profile Settings, you expressly consent to receive automated transactional text messages from MyGolfType.com. These messages relate to tee time invitations and related updates within your golf groups.

• Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services
• You may opt in or opt out at any time through your Profile Settings
• You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided

Message Details

• Message Types: Tee time invitations, invitation confirmations, and related group activity notifications
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on group activity. You will only receive texts when you are invited to a tee time or when action is required on an existing invitation.
• Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply
• Carriers Supported: Service is available on major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP to any text message from MyGolfType
• Profile Settings: Uncheck "Text alerts for tee time invitations" in your dashboard
• Contact Us: Email support@mygolftype.com with your phone number and request to opt out

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will not receive any further texts unless you re-opt in.
